Everyone’s talking about Green Smoothies these days. The ones I have tried so far have been quite green but not very tasty. So I’ve turned to our nutritionist Ali Dear who mixed this super yummy smoothie for us. Whilst still a bit green and super healthy, it’s yummy. And most importantly quick and easy for those gidgets who prefer more time in the water and less time in the kitchen.
2- 4 servings
- Two ripe mangoes
- Three handfuls baby spinach
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 sprigs fresh mint, stems removed
- Juice from half a lemon
Put in blender and wizz, enjoy!! Ali’s Extra Tip: You can even chop mango and put in the freezer for lasting goodness and extra creamy yumminess!
