In part 1 – Natural Skincare – easy and natural skincare for gidget skin exposed to the elements, Tess from Natural Minimalist introduced her simple ‘recipes’ which we absolutely love. As I mentioned before, I’m very critical of a lot skincare products/recipes and found it hard to stick to a complicated routine but I love her tips so here’s part 2 – some very simple, easy to follow beauty secrets…I love Secret 3 in particular :-)
The first secret is to not over do it. So many people stress their skin trying to control it with harsh cleansers day & night and artificial moisture. I always say, nature gets things right, and by working with your skins natural routine, your skin can relax and rejuvenate.
Secondly I follow a very simple daily routine cleansing once at night, & moisturising once in the morning.

Get in the ocean every day!
The ocean is Nature’s cleanser and healer, it cleanses the skin and the soul. The salt water dries out oils and cleanses any infections on the skin. If you can’t get in the ocean every day, make a salt water mist in your own spray bottle!
